An octagon-shaped wood canvas was custom-made for this bold abstract expressionism painting. When I searched online for an octagon-shaped canvas, there were no options to buy anything on wood and in the large size that I wanted, so I had to ask my dad for help. Bright colours and a high-gloss finish are used to make the paint appear wet, as well as sharp lines, fierce movement, and amazing textures. All the sides are 3-inches thick and painted uniquely to make the piece pop from all viewing angles.
