What's your shipping policy?

Shipping fees are not included in the item price. During checkout, the shipping fee varies based on your location and the size of the painting and it includes freight and packaging materials. Shipments are professionally packaged, tracked, and insured; the handling time is 3 to 5 days from the date of purchase. The buyer outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by their country, which is the buyer's responsibility and not included in the item or shipping costs.

What's your return policy?
Original Paintings are final sale. Get in touch before purchasing if you’re unsure about how a piece will fit into your space. I can make you a personalized video if you want to see the details more clearly. Please keep in mind that colours may change due to differences in computer monitors, photography settings, and lighting during photo shoots. Your home or office has different lighting sources than those used during photo shoots; therefore, colors may appear differently in person than they do online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, pieces ship internationally from Canada. If your country isn't shown in the shipping rates, just drop me a message and I'll confirm pricing for you. 

How do you package your paintings for shipping?

Paintings are professionally packaged with layers of bubble wrap in thick cardboard boxes. Extra large paintings (48 inches or over on one side) may be shipped in a wooden crate for added protection.

Do you do commissions?
