"Peacock" is an original abstract expressionism painting inspired by beautiful peacock feathers. By highlighting the rich and "cool" colour palette of the peacock's plumage, I wanted to capture the stunning defense mechanisms it uses to protect itself from predators. In this original painting, sapphire, cerulean, and ultramarine blues, emerald green, and hints of turquoise, white, and violet are paired with black to add depth and shadow. Silver and gold metallic accents add a touch of luxury. With its beautiful textures and high gloss finish, this piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
